We have started our leaf business since 1993, and own know-how and patents in this area. We design, manufacture, install and maintain all kinds of leaf spring manufacturing machines and provide related trainings. Parabolic rolling machine is our best-selling machine. Till today, our machines have been widely used in around 20 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South America. Our user list includes some leading OEM leaf spring manufacturers.

--Shearing machine (Max cutting thickness 30mm)
--End heating furnace for rolling mill and eye forming machine

--Automatic parabolic rolling line (max. rolling thickness 60mm, Z spring rolling OK). We have both mechanical and hydraulic driven parabolic machine.
--Eye forming machine (berlin eye OK, max thickness 25mm)

-- Multi-function press (3 or 4 stations) for hole punching/dimpling, end/corner cutting, end bending, small Z forming)
--Z spring forming press
--Heat treatment line (quenching furnace, camber forming machine, three roller forming machine, camber correction machine, tempering furnace)
--Free shot peening machine for conventional spring or Z spring.
--Stress shot peening machine (2, 3 or 4 impellers)
--Presetting and load testing machine

2. SDGT has a leaf spring factory
Our leaf spring factory could produce conventional spring, parabolic spring and Z spring, for domestic market and exportation, with monthly capacity of 1,200 tons (2 shifts).
